Complaints:
Any item supplied cannot be replaced free of charge or be subject to a
full refund of the purchase price.
The customer needs to informs Hand Painted House Numbers by e-mail within
7 days of receipt stating the reasons for rejection.

.au Complaints will be acknowleged and dealt within four working days.
We do our best to meet the quoted delivery expectation but we do not guarantee
it. In the event that the quoted delivery cannot be met by Hand Painted
House Numbers the customer will be informed by e-mail.
Postage:
Once the package has been shipped the package is in transit with the postal
networks, in the unlikely event that the package has not arrived at its
destination in the expected time, we will try to trace it, and if it is
lost we will replace the goods, provided ample time has been given for
the postal networks to find the package.

The information that you give to us is never sold, rented or divulged
to any third parties except to paypal.com who are our secure online credit
card processing partner. Paypal do not divulge customers details to any
other parties. The type of information that we need from you to process
your order is your name, address, phone number or email address.
